In the Italian Serie A, winners of the 'Treble' (Serie A, Coppa Italia and UEFA Champions League titles) in 2009-10, Internazionale (Inter Milan) are favourites to lift their 19th title, at odds of 1.80, followed by three-time League Champions Roma (who last won the title in 2000-01), at odds of 4.50; Juventus, the most successful team in Serie A history with odds of 4.75 and AC Milan will be looking to claim their 17th title, with odds of 5.00.
In the German Bundesliga, the country's most successful club, defending league champs and UEFA Champions League runners-up Bayern Munich are favoured at odds of 1.40 to claim their 23rd league title. They are followed by 2nd and 3rd placed teams from the '09-'10 Bundesliga: Schalke 04 and Werder Bremen respectively, both offering odds of 7.50; with Borussia Dortmund, Hamburg and Wolfsburg, all at odds of 17.00.
In the French Ligue 1, seven-time champions, and last season's runners-up Lyon are this season's title favourites - and NOT the defending champions Marseille. Lyon is at odds of 2.50; Marseille at odds of 2.60; 2009 league champions Bordeaux at odds of 5.50, followed by Lille, chasing their first league title in more than half a century, at odds of 10.00.
In the Portugese Liga, thirty-two time champions and last season's league winners Benfica are favoured at odds of 1.85; last season's runners-up (and league champions for four straight seasons from 2005-06 to 2008-09) Porto at odds of 2.10; Sporting Lisbon, looking for their 18th league crown are at odds of 5.50, and Braga, last year's runners-up to Benfica in the league, are at odds of 15.00.
Over in South America, Estudiantes are favoured to win the Argentine Primera División and claim their 4th Championship at odds of 3.50, followed by Boca Juniors seeking their 23rd title, at odds of 3.75. Seven-time champions Velez Sarsfield are next at odds of 4.00, followed by River Plate - Argentinean football's most successful club (with 33 titles), at odds of 8.00. Independiente, league champions on 14 occasions, are at odds of 8.00.
