| Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) game brand, Lotto climbed to a historic jackpot of $240M for the game draw on Wednesday, February 10, 2010. The $240M was the highest the Jackpot had climbed since the introduction of the game in 1994.
In Wednesday's draw, 1 lucky person found the right combination of the 6 Lotto numbers to win the Jackpot. The winning ticket was purchased in the parish of Manchester. There was no 2nd prize winner of the Match5 + Bonus Ball tier in the game draw.
The lucky winner will be required to claim his/her prize at the Supreme Ventures Prize Payment Centre located on the 1st floor of the Sagicor Centre in New Kingston.
Sonia Davidson, Vice President of SVL said "We are so happy that the Lotto Jackpot climbed to this landmark amount, which helped to create a great deal of buzz around the game. We look forward to the winner coming in to claim the prize and will plan a special presentation ceremony to mark this milestone in the company's gaming operations."
On November 3, 2008, the gaming company refreshed the Lotto game brand by increasing the Lotto starting Jackpot from $7M to $15M and the cost per ticket from $30 to $50. The Lotto logo was also re-designed.

1. You need to significantly increase the second prize payouts, especially for super lotto. This will increase your sales
2. I am doing legal researc as to whether a winners safety takes precedence over your right to publish names and photographs. Remember this is Jamaica.
delayed to protect the playeer, is that
a decision by the co. or can the winner
contribute to when should it be
published! and personally i think that
particular condition should be revisit
and revised else svl & bglc should be
accountable for any inconvenience may
suffer by the winner! so if you thinking
on holding on to that law, maybe you
should also think on accepting the guilt
of arming the winner...
if the jackpot was won by one person as
was reported, i am certain that the
individual would appreciate a little
privacy. there is no need for photographs
and media attention.
