Supreme Ventures Financial Services Limited (SVFSL), a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) achieved the distinction of being the largest primary agent for MoneyGram International in Jamaica in 2009. In this regard, executives of MoneyGram International headed by Daniel O'Malley - MoneyGram's President of the Americas, presented a plaque for Outstanding Performance and Achievement in 2009 to SVFSL's senior management team during a visit to the island this week.
The presentation was made during a courtesy call and meeting between both executive teams at the lottery company's corporate office in New Kingston on Tuesday.
SVFSL offers cambio and remittance services and is licensed and regulated by the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ).
SVFSL operates Cambio services through the six regional retail centres, offering foreign exchange services in all major currencies, including United States, Canadian and Cayman Dollars, Pound Sterling and Euro. Foreign exchange transactions may be in the form of cash, cheque, draft or wire transfers. The company also accepts travellers' cheques.
MoneyGram remittance services are offered through over 90 locations including the Supreme Ventures regional retail centres, sub-agents and select Post Offices. Locations are situated across the island, with convenient opening hours.
