This should not be so unless your ticket is valued at more than $50,000.00. If that is the case you would then have to visit any of Supreme Ventures Lotteries Limited Regional Offices, located at 28 Half Way Tree Road, 37 Young Street - Spanish Town, 74 Great Georges Street - Sav-la-mar, Shop F203 Baywest Shopping Centre - Montego Bay or at our Prize Payment Centre located on the ground floor of the Sagicor Building, New Kingston.

If the ticket is valued for less than $50,000.00 however (that is $49,999 and under), you should be able to collect your prize at any agent location island wide as long as the agent has sufficient cash on hand to validate the ticket. Remember, if the agent has not sold a lot of tickets amounting to the amount you won when you go to collect, or if he/she has been paying out to winners earlier, he/she might not have enough cash to pay you your winnings. If that occurs, please inform SVL immediately by telephone, and either try to collect your prize at another agent location or visit our Prize Payment Centre and we will be only too happy to validate your ticket and pay you your prize!

For tickets valued at $300,000 and over, winnings can ONLY be collected from our Prize Payment Centre, located at the Sagicor Building, Ground Floor.

Fixed Odds Betting is wagering or betting against on odds of an event or activity, with a fixed outcome. In this instance we speak of betting on the outcome of various sporting activities (e.g. betting on the outcome of a football match: win, lose or draw)

SVL does not offer compensation when our terminals are down as neither yourself or SVL makes  any money. We cannot compensate for non-sales.

Intralot is the world’s largest retail sports bookmaker, with offices in 50 countries. Intralot has partnered with Supreme Ventures Limited through its subsidiary company Big A Track 2003 Limited to bring  fixed odds betting to Jamaica. Big A Track 2003 Limited will trade as Supreme Ventures Sports Betting.

You need to send a letter in writing stating your interest in obtaining a second machine at your location to the  Manager - Field & Customer Support Services, Supreme Ventures Lotteries Limited. The letter should include the name and address of the business you own or operate, two (2) photographs of the building (one of inside and the other of outside), applicants contact information such as mailing address, telephone numbers, e-mail etc.

We will then review your request to see if you meet the minimum standards for a second terminal and reply to you by phone or mail to let you know if you have qualified or not.

A fixed odds betting game that will bring the excitement of sports betting to the Jamaican public,  allowing persons to bet on the outcome of matches and events in their favourite sports, at various locations across the island.

Your winning ticket is just like money, so treat it with care in the same manner that you would treat your money with care.  Unfortunately we would not be able to validate that ticket simply because it has been mutilated.

You will first need to send us a letter stating your full name, business name, address, phone number and TRN number. We will then do a pre-screening of your business address to determine if a terminal is needed in that area. If one is required, we will then carry out an evaluation of your business to see if it meets the minimum standards, and then a C.I.S. background check would be done to see if you are credit worthy. We would also request a Technical Evaluation to be done by our technology service provider, GTECH, to see if there is a strong enough signal in the area. If all these requirements are met we will then make a decision to determine whether or not to install the terminal at your business place.

Football (soccer), Basketball, Cricket, Track and Field, American Football

All the number(s) are randomly selected by a machine, and NO one knows which number(s) will be drawn.

• Choose the game/event you want to bet on from the programme, which will be distributed twice per week to agent locations
• Write your prediction on the bet slip provided at the agent location
• Select the amount that you would like to bet and write in on bet paper
• Bet slip should be given to the Agent  along with money being bet; agent will then print a ticket/ receipt from the MICROLOT terminal, and give to the bettor
• If customer wins, he/she can redeem winnings at any Just Bet terminal

We have no control over what numbers are played and during every draw there are  36 numbers in the Cash Pot machine's mixing chamber numbered 1 to 36. The winning number is drawn randomly during our live draw on CVM Television, and is done so under the supervision of the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, and the independent auditor, Deloitte & Touche.

SVL staff members have no idea what numbers are going to be selected in any of our six games as the winning number(s) are randomly selected during our draw on CVM Television, and is done so under the supervision of the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, and the independent auditor, Deloitte & Touche. We have no control over what number(s) is/are drawn on any given day.

A ticket is a bearer instrument  (it is like cash), so that means anyone that has the winning ticket in his/her possession is the owner of the ticket and so will be able to cash that ticket.

SVL agent locations island wide will pay your prize money to you in cash if it amounts to $49,999 and under; our Regional or Prize Payment Centres may pay by cheque above $20,000. All winners with prizes of $50,000 to $299,999 will  be paid by cheque  at our Regional Retail Centres in Kingston, Spanish Town, Savanna-la-Mar and Montego Bay. Any large Cash Pot prize won from bets of $2,000 and over on any one ticket will also be paid by cheque.

Winnings of $300,000 and over will have to be collected at out Prize Payment Centre, located at the Sagicor Building, Ground Floor, New Kingston.

90 days (that is, 3 months from the date of purchase).

Do an adjustment within the half an hour window that is available on the terminal to do so, if possible.  Call the GTECH HOTLINE the SAME DAY and inform them about the misprinted ticket, then send the tickets in to Supreme Ventures' office in Kingston within 30 working days of the occurrence for adjustment.
