Ian was born on December 14, 1945. He attended Jamaica College from 1957-1964. Ian's first job was with Caribbean Asbestos Company Limited and there he was introduced to the rigors of business travel. He was required to travel extensively within the Caribbean, Central & South America. His first international business trip was to Italy within three (3) months of his first job. Ian is a Jamaican.

Ian is an accomplished businessman and an original member of Supreme Ventures' Board of Directors. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of IAN K. (Agencies) Ltd., a highly successful company that has negotiated several contracts with French companies, on behalf of the Government of Jamaica. Ian's business skills have greatly influenced the success of Supreme Ventures Limited.

Ian's hobbies include walking five (5) days per week, gardening, looking after his pets and playing Bridge on occasion. In June 2005, Mr. Levy received the National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Merite) from the Government of France and an Order of Distinction (Officer Class)  in 2012 and an Order of Distinction (Commander Class) in 2016 from the Jamaican Government. Mr Levy was also nominated in 2006 for the Jamaica Observer Business Leader Award, and was recognized by his alma mater Jamaica College Old Boy's Association with the Carlton Alexander Award For Excellence in June 2015.

Ian is married and has three children.
